In this role, you will manage end-to-end claim processes, from verification to resolution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Responsibility

  • Process and verify claims submitted by retailers, distributors, and partners in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims, including documentation, status updates, and resolutions.
  • Liaise with sales teams, finance departments, and external partners to clarify claim details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor claim processing timelines to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal deadlines.
  • Identify trends or recurring issues in claims and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on claim volumes, processing times, and resolution rates for management review.
  • Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies related to claims and coordinate with accounting for accurate reimbursements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or claims processing roles, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with claim verification procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Denpasar, Badung, or surrounding areas).
