Responsibility

  • Prepare and process accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Manage order processing, including data entry, verification, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to clarify requirements, resolve inquiries, and ensure smooth transaction flows.
  • Generate and distribute invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain financial records related to sales activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases with precise and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, presentations, and client visits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role (preferably in a multinational or service-oriented company).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
