Responsibility
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and document flow.
- Maintain accurate records of all messages, deliveries, and administrative transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents as needed.
- Handle logistical tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
- Provide front-desk support, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, messaging, or office coordination roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
