Responsibility
- Process and verify automotive insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with clients, insurance agents, and repair shops to gather necessary documentation and clarify claim details.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all claims, including digital and physical files, for audit and reference purposes.
- Assess claim validity by reviewing policy terms, vehicle damage reports, and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters to resolve complex or disputed claims in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit claim reports, summaries, and financial reconciliations to management.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling for claims-related meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and automotive repair standards to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims administration, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and claims management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with Indonesian insurance regulations and automotive industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
