Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff and departments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools is an advantage.
