Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative materials.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
  • Assist in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications
