Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating internal communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
- Assist in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexible availability for part-time hours (15-25 hours per week).
