Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently transport company executives and VIP clients to meetings, events, and other destinations across Bali, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, servicing, and pre-trip inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while demonstrating defensive driving techniques to prioritize the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
- Plan and optimize routes to avoid traffic congestion, road closures, or other delays, using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of executives and sensitive company information.
- Assist executives with luggage, documents, or other items as needed, providing courteous and professional support during travel.
- Coordinate with the executive team to manage schedules, confirm pick-up and drop-off times, and adapt to last-minute changes with flexibility and efficiency.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor and follow company protocols for resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or VIP driver, with a clean driving record.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with no history of major traffic violations or accidents.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding executive schedules, conversations, and company matters.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting, with the ability to perform minor checks and report issues promptly.
