Responsibility
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a high degree of accuracy and foresight.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring all materials are polished and aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure alignment with the CEO's priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
