Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, medical professionals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth operations by collaborating with various departments to address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to maintain the highest level of service excellence.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
