Responsibility
- Manage and organize company documents, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of records related to construction materials and projects.
- Coordinate administrative support for various departments, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents to ensure timely processing.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operational workflows.
- Maintain inventory records for office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
- Monitor and track administrative expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
