Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Maintain and update order tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility.
- Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates and address inquiries professionally.
- Optimize order management processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
