Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of $2,800 β $3,300 per month and the opportunity to grow within a reputable company in the construction industry.
Responsibility
- Manage and streamline administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications, ensuring professional and confidential handling of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective management.
- Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation is a plus.
