Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documentation with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Assist in personal errands and tasks as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contacts, and other essential records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
