Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update administrative and financial records using company software and tools.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes under the guidance of the finance team.
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounts support, or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial terminology is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
