Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Global Leaders of Consumer Lines, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to enhance productivity.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a global organization is highly desirable.
