Responsibility
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients and medical staff, optimizing clinic efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, invoices, and documentation for clinic operations.
- Assist in inventory management for medical supplies and office equipment.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, vendors, and patients to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Support the clinic team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare administrative processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
