Responsibility
- Manage the General Managerâs complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee office management tasks, including supply ordering, vendor relations, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings to support the GMâs decision-making processes.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with calendar management tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without direct supervision.
