Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management for construction projects.
- Support the preparation and organization of project-related paperwork, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and site visits as required.
- Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant office environment.
Qualifications
