Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) for executives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply ordering, and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide analytical support for strategic decision-making.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with executives, clients, and team members.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
