Responsibility
- Provide personalized secretarial support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and visitor reception, with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for efficient document retrieval.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow and project execution.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts, negotiating terms as needed.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for corporate functions, client meetings, and team activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Experience in real estate, property development, or multinational companies is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
