Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely restocking and efficient material distribution.
- Administer employee benefits, including BPJS (health and social security) enrollment and claims processing.
- Coordinate bonus and incentive programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement career development plans for employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, benefit utilization, and administrative expenses.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation processing.
- Support HR and finance teams with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in inventory or benefits management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address administrative challenges effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
