As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential communications with discretion and professionalism. You will also assist in organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
- Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and documentation with discretion.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
