Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and other administrative financial tasks.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address operational challenges to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
