Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or reports as needed for executive decision-making.
- Handle personal tasks for the executive team, such as expense reporting, errands, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
