Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and professional representation of the company.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage complex projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination to maintain a productive work environment.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in event planning and execution for corporate functions, team-building activities, and client engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
