Responsibility
- Process and verify sales orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring all details (pricing, quantities, customer information) are correct.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to expedite order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update order tracking systems, providing real-time status reports to stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery times, and potential issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports on order volumes, processing times, and potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure invoicing accuracy and timely payment processing.
- Identify process improvements to streamline order management and reduce turnaround times.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards for data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in order processing, administrative support, or a related role (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high volumes of orders efficiently.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with internal teams and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and order management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management is a plus.
