Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars for senior leadership, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format presentations, reports, and internal correspondence.
  • Facilitate efficient office operations by managing documentation, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Organize and attend board meetings or executive briefings, taking accurate minutes and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate special projects, events, and company-wide initiatives as directed by the management team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with the highest level of integrity.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative support, or office management role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information and exercising sound judgment.
