Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation as required.
- Provide high-level support for special projects, events, and initiatives led by the executive team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
