Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or office management role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
