Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate logistics for business travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is highly desirable.
