Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain and organize condominium records, including resident files, service requests, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and ensure follow-up on resident requests.
  • Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and financial documentation for property management.
  • Process and track service invoices, payments, and administrative expenses.
  • Organize and facilitate resident meetings, events, and community activities.
  • Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, regulations, and local property laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or property management, preferably in a condominium or residential setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
