Responsibility
- Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with high precision.
- Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Office of the President and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are executed.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and workspace organization.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict adherence to corporate policies and protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation for executive review.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the President’s office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, staff, and external parties.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
