Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and organize healthcare-related documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication among team members.
- Maintain confidential files and records, adhering to strict privacy and data protection protocols.
- Support executive decision-making by conducting research, compiling data, and providing insightful recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
