Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including venue booking, catering, and technical setup.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes for the executive team.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the technology or corporate sector is a strong plus.
