Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Lead test planning, test case development, and test execution for complex software projects.
- Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to streamline QA processes and improve efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and software testing.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in QA (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
- Experience in mentoring or leading QA teams is highly desirable.
