Responsibility
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to protect charging operations infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate security best practices into system design and development.
- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of security protocols, incident reports, and compliance evidence.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to proactively enhance security measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and security incident response.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive or charging infrastructure systems is a plus.
