Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud operations for mission-critical healthcare applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning technologies to enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and clinical stakeholders, to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and enforce cloud governance policies, compliance standards, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Mentor and guide a team of cloud engineers and DevOps professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in cloud technologies, AI, and healthcare IT, and recommend strategic initiatives to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their application in healthcare or enterprise environments.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across the organization.
