Responsibility
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential IT projects.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as UML, BPMN, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle is a plus.
