Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cloud-native applications.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance software solutions.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and business standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users during software implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for requirement management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or other modeling techniques is a plus.
