Responsibility
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, low-code platforms) to optimize business processes.
- Conduct gap analyses between current and future-state processes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support the deployment of new systems or tools, including user training, testing, and post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs, proposing data-driven adjustments to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, EY methodologies, and client-specific requirements in all process-related deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in process analysis, business process management (BPM), or technical consulting.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and familiarity with BPMN notation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable process improvements.
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism), workflow automation, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL, or PMP are highly advantageous.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a client-centric mindset.
