Responsibility
- Lead data analysis initiatives to support research projects and operational improvements within the warehouse and logistics sector.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver actionable analytics solutions.
- Design and implement data models, algorithms, and tools to enhance warehouse efficiency and supply chain performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics projects and reporting systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and logistics.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, with a focus on warehouse or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
