Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure seamless project progression.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure projects.
