Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and processing documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
- Support the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial tracking for administrative functions.
- Proactively identify process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software, CRM tools, or project management platforms is advantageous.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
