Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate service contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and terminations, proactively communicating with stakeholders to avoid disruptions.
- Maintain an organized database of all active contracts, including amendments, addendums, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in internal systems.
- Resolve contract-related disputes or discrepancies by liaising with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Prepare and distribute contract summaries, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to local and international regulations, including data privacy and labor laws.
- Support the onboarding of new vendors and service providers by coordinating contract execution and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CPSM) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
