Responsibility
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update internal databases and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide general support to visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
