Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution for international staff in accordance with HR guidelines.
- Coordinate visa applications, work permits, and other legal documentation for expatriate employees.
- Maintain accurate records of foreign worker contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with government agencies, immigration authorities, and external vendors to facilitate smooth workforce operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration for foreign employees.
- Provide general office support, including correspondence, filing, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on foreign worker management or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations, and employment compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
