Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic/international).
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for critical documents and records.
- Coordinate logistics for executive events, including venue booking, catering, and attendee communications.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for executive departments.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.
