Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
- Provide high-level administrative support to faculty, staff, and management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee the maintenance of office records, documents, and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of institutional events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including students, parents, vendors, and partners, to address inquiries and resolve administrative issues.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and coordinate procurement processes as needed.
- Support the admissions and student services teams by providing administrative assistance, such as processing applications, maintaining student records, and facilitating communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
