Responsibility
- Manage financial transactions, budget tracking, and expense reporting for research projects under the Office for Research.
- Coordinate administrative processes, including procurement, vendor management, and contract documentation.
- Ensure compliance with university financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments, researchers, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth research operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for grants, funding allocations, and research expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, grant applications, and financial submissions for research funding.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and research-related events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, administration, or office management, preferably in an academic or research environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with grant management, budgeting, and financial reporting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
