Square Gate One / Espay.Id is seeking a dynamic Executive Account Manager to join our team in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung). This is a contract-based role for a go-getter who isnât afraid to take initiative, close deals, and foster long-term client partnerships.

Responsibility
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance, including KPIs, revenue targets, and client feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive in the fintech, payments, or SaaS industry.
- Strong track record of hunting new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions, e-commerce, or financial services is a plus.
