Responsibility
- Design and execute customized menus based on client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
- Prepare and present high-end meals for private dinners, events, and daily dining with meticulous attention to detail.
- Source fresh, local, and premium ingredients from Bali’s markets and trusted suppliers.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Adapt recipes and techniques to accommodate international cuisines and emerging culinary trends.
- Oversee food safety, storage, and waste reduction to maintain efficiency and sustainability.
- Provide personalized culinary consultations and recommend wine or beverage pairings when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or Fine Dining Chef (minimum 5 years).
- Formal culinary training from a recognized institution (e.g., Le Cordon Bleu, CIA) or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in multiple cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Asian fusion) and advanced cooking techniques.
- Exceptional palate development, creativity, and ability to innovate under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
